Abstract

We review the present status of precision calculations and tools for the study of single electroweak gauge boson production at hadron colliders. The state-of-the-art of higher-order electroweak and QCD calculations, as well as their combination, is summarized, paying particular attention to the precision measurements of the W-boson parameters at the Fermilab Tevatron and CERN LHC.
