RETRACTION : A. Bayaga , “,” The Electronic Journal of Information Systems in Developing Countries 88 , no. ( 2022 ): . https://doi.org/10.1002/isd2.12201 . The above article, published online on 22 September 2021 in Wiley Online Library ( wileyonlinelibrary.com ), has been retracted by agreement between the authors; the journal Editor‐in‐Chief, Professor Robert Davison; and John Wiley & Sons Ltd. The author requested retraction for his article because the research reported in this article did not meet university requirements for ethical approval prior to data collection. As such, the retraction has been approved because the article did not follow ethical guidelines for the institution at which the research was conducted.
