Abstract

Summary 1.A case of primary gastrointestinal reticulosis (reticulum cell sarcoma) is reported. 2.The similarity of the radiological and gastroscopic appearances in the stomach to those of giant hypertrophic gastritis is noted. 2.Investigations to differentiate the two conditions are discussed. 2.The value of early diagnosis in primary gastrointestinal reticulosis is illustrated by the excellent response to deep x-ray therapy.
