Abstract
The quality of a society depends upon the relations which exist among its members. The former r?gime was that of the exploitation of man by man. It only had those relations between the strong and the weak. Individualism existed before all and above all. Arrogance and servility were the dominant traits. The American dollar ruled over everything_ Following the complete liberation of the country, the people want to create a prosperous, healthy, and cheerful society, in conformity with the revolutionary ideal and with the traditional morality of the Vietnamese_ One ought to make it so that in each family, each village and each street, man would be a friend of man, his fellowman, his comrade in the struggle against the enemies of the people_Everyone knows that a perfect mode of human relations can only exist in a society without classes. Our rivers and mountains will be even more beautiful thanks to the quality of the relations among the people of our country.
