Abstract

This study puts forward the concept of nursing professional identity and occupational benefit, scale tool and its influencing factors from the perspective of positive psychology. It reviews the present situations of male nurses' professional identity and occupational benefit, and points out the research thinking and prospect, so as to explore the strategy of relieving male nurse loss and stabilizing nursing team.
