Abstract

Abstract An ultra high temperature sensor and cold end compensation error are proposed. Aiming at the ultra-high temperature and relatively complex harsh environment of spacecraft, a sensor probe structure which can withstand the high temperature of 2500°C is presented in this paper. According to the practical application characteristics of the sensor with high measurement accuracy, the author proposed a high-precision cold end compensation method. Through this compensation technology, the ultra-high temperature sensor maintains high-precision temperature measurement in the full temperature range. The simulation analysis of the sensor structure and temperature test show that the sensor can not only realize temperature measurement at ultra-high temperature, but also control the nonlinear error to 0.6% of the full scale. The accuracy of the whole temperature range is controlled within 0.92% of the full scale, which meets the practical requirements.
