Abstract

The establishment of post-disaster humanitarian logistics (PD-HL) network is of great essential for the humanitarian relief in emergency events, and the research of the trust in PD-HL plays a crucial role in building and implementing humanitarian logistics network. This paper analyzed the trust structure of relief patterns in PD-HL network based on three topology models: ACE (Agency Centric Efforts), PIE (Partially Integrated Efforts) and CAN (Collaborative Aid Networks). Three kinds of influence matrices of PD-HL networks were constructed and simulated through NK model to analyze the trust structure in three indicators including global optimum, the average of local optimum and the quantity of local optimum. Finally, several recommendations were given for the operation of PD-HL.
