Research on the Risk Prevention Mechanism of University Laboratories Under the Background of Informatization

Abstract

University laboratories face the problems such as unclear division of responsibility, lack of dynamic supervision, uneven effect of safety education, and unregulated management of safety files. At present, studies on laboratory safety of colleges and universities mainly focus on the operational norms of laboratory safety and the construction of laboratory safety environment. Though it covers the majority of laboratory safety, they cannot cope with the increasingly complex laboratory safety environment in systematical, normative and dynamic ways. With the help of information technologies such as big data and intelligence, and in combination of the norms and experience of laboratory safety work, this paper designed a laboratory risk prevention system featuring the “pre-judgment + handling” function. As an effective management way covering the whole process of laboratory safety, it is of critical importance to improve the laboratory safety management, reduce the potential risks in laboratories in an all-round way, and handle laboratory safety accidents efficiently.
