Abstract
To ensure the mixing uniformity of the raw material during the batching process of sintering burden for steelmaking, CFW (Constant Feed Weigher) cut-out control system is studied. Therefore, the relationship between the content of r in SiO2,p in TFe of blending materials, and the content SiO2 and TFe in the raw material by mixing tank CFW cut out operation are concluded, as well as the relationship among the weight of the raw material cut out by CFW, the cut-out speed, and the cut-out time. On this basis, a new blending stockyard and the corresponding blending spreading computer control system are proposed. Blending stockyard is divided into several areas to fit the different requirements for the various task arrangements, such as small amount and multi-batch of ironmaking. The blending tank which is put in order in the blending stockyard can effectively prevent particle segregation during the paving materials process, and ensure the mixing uniformity of the raw material during the batching process of sintering burden for steelmaking. The effective management of the raw material blending during the batching process of sintering steelmaking can be realized by the proposed blending spreading control system.
