Abstract
Organizational culture and human resource management are two basic impetuses that concentrate mainly on human resources and promote the development of enterprises. In this paper, the author briefly introduced the organizational culture and the human resource management in the beginning, and then thoroughly analyzed the impacts of organizational culture on human resource management of the transportation enterprises in China, which mainly consist of guidance, agglomeration, regulation and motivation. Finally, based on the previous studies, several corresponding reasonable and practical policy recommendations are provided for reference.
