Abstract
Based on the actual situation of the establishment of the incentive system for human resource management in universities, the constituent elements and relevant principles of the incentive system for human resources in universities are expounded on, the current situation of the actual needs of the faculty and staff in universities is studied and analyzed, and practical plans for establishing the concept and implementing the incentive system in universities are proposed, with relevant incentive mechanisms for human resource management focusing on differentiated needs developed for reference.
