Abstract

With the deepening of electric power system reform, the competition between electric power enterprises is growing. How to effectively develop human resources for electric power enterprises and continuously improve the overall level of human resources and the competitiveness becomes an important issue for every electric power enterprises. However, the implementation of the training program effect assessment cannot get enough attention in the electric power enterprises, and the assessment method is unitary. This causes the efficiency and implementation effect of training project in electric power enterprises reduce greatly. Therefore, carrying on the improvement and optimization to the training project effect evaluation of electric power enterprises has the vital practical significance.
