Abstract
By studying the traditional evaluation methods of the implementation benefits of the technical standards, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different traditional evaluation methods. According to the analysis results and the operation of State Grid’s technical standards, evaluation methods of the implementation of the technical standards in line with the national grid were put forward. This provides the basis for the systematic implementation benefits evaluation of the technical standards of the national grid company.
