Abstract

The industrial firms are the backbone of the national economy and a prominent source of environmental pollution. Industrial pollution contributes more than half of the total annual emissions of sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx) and smoke (dust) emissions in China. A large amount of energy consumption and pollution emissions force industrial firms to control pollution. This research focus on the effect of industrial pollution treatment on organizational stability. The results showed that ICSR and ECSR are positively related to organizational stability. Compared with industrial pollution treatment, employees are more concern about ICSR. Firms’ industrial pollution treatment should attention the equilibrium between ICSR and ECSR.
