Abstract

Indicators on tourists' satisfaction during the festive tourism activity of Third Month Fair celebrated by the Bai Nationality in Dali are collected through questionnaires. Evaluation factors of tourists' satisfaction are divided into 6 groups, respectively, tourism, catering, traffic, shopping, entertainment and accommodation. Analytical hierarchy process is applied to determine the weight of various indicators of the evaluation indicator system. Multilevel fuzzy rating method is applied to evaluate the satisfaction of tourists in Dali during Third Month Fair on this basis. In the end, factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists with the celebrations of Third Month Fair by the Bai nationality in Dali are analyzed, so as to be of reference to the study of factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists during the festive celebrations of minorities in Yunnan, the hosting and further optimization of festive activities.
