Abstract
With the growing demand for new energy batteries and the increasing need for battery thermal management, the heat dissipation performance requirements of water coolers are also becoming more stringent. This research paper concentrates on the study of high energy efficiency of the water chiller system. Based on two aspects of structure and algorithm, refined calculation and selection are carried out .It introduces a linkage control logic based on three adjustable main components (water pump, fan, and compressor). The findings demonstrate that the water chiller with a refined design offers a safer and more stable water cooling system with reduced power consumption.
