Abstract

Aim to solve the balance problem of robot production line, an improved double population genetic algorithm is proposed. The priority relation of production process is treated as the constraint condition, the selection function of crossover probability and mutation probability is designed according to the individual fitness of the population. Then the beat optimization algorithm is used to optimize the production rhythm of a switch shell welding line. The simulation result show that the balance rate of this robot welding line is improved and the production rhythm is optimized.
