Abstract
Regional environmental risk assessment and management mainly focused on middle-scale. By analyzing the formation mechanism of regional environmental risk, the scale and intensity of regional environmental risk can be assessed on the base of superposing different risks, which can provide technical support to make decisions for regional environmental risk management. Considering the relationship between sources and receptors of environmental risk, this paper established the technical methods and guideline for regional environmental risk assessment, as well as zoning technology for regional environmental risk. This paper also discussed the establishment of regional environmental risk management system from aspects of regional safety layout and environmental risk controlling mechanisms, and pointed out the key issues during regional environmental assessment and management.
