Abstract

The development of the digital and intelligent manufacturing industry has brought new solutions to the management of discrete production systems. In this paper, based on the technology of timely data sharing in intelligent production workshops, using the JIT idea in assembly line production for reference, taking the position time of the final assembly line as the basis, with the help of queuing theory and other related theories, the production organization mode of the discrete production system for timely production and fashion matching in intelligent production systems is studied, and the queuing service system model of multiple parallel and multiple service desks is built to identify the bottleneck workshops through the queuing number indicators, Realize the coordination of production and assembly rhythm, and establish a flow production and assembly system. At last, the mathematical model of the optimal lot size function of the spare parts in each workshop to be transported to the assembly workshop with the lowest handling cost and storage cost is constructed. The research results of this paper provide a new method for intelligent discrete production system management.
