Abstract

This paper uses the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to evaluate the influence of various factors on the change of survey cost. Firstly, we introduce the FAHP model which is constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, we construct the influencing factors set based on the fishbone diagram which is used to analyze the influencing factors of survey cost. Thirdly, according to the influencing factors of engineering cost change, the hierarchical structure model is constructed. Then we use the FAHP model to analyze influencing factors and determine the weight of each influencing factors. At last, we ensure the influence degree of each factors to the change of survey cost and get some suggestions about survey cost. It provides some help for guiding the reasonable charging of survey fee of power transmission and transformation projects, promoting the standardization of cost and ensuring the safe and stable operation of power grid.
