Abstract

Aiming to solve the problem of reading LFM signal frequency information caused by down conversion in electric field frequency measurement of pulse light source, a method of frequency estimation of spectrum superposition LFM signal based on support vector machine is proposed. This method refers to the way that human beings read the spectrum, identifies the local shape features of the spectrum by SVM algorithm, and then estimates the center frequency and band width of the signal. Simulation results show that the accuracy of this method is more than 98%.
