Abstract

The green power trading of China is still in its initial stage, facing a series of problems such as low market maturity, lack of market-based trading mechanism and imperfect articulation with other policies and market mechanisms. For such a new thing, it is necessary to comprehensively monitor and evaluate the existing electricity market serving green power trading, in order to quantitatively reflect the problems of the existing electricity market in serving green power trading, and provide improvement ideas and basis for the subsequent electricity market to better serve green power trading. Therefore, this paper proposes an evaluation indicators system for the electric power market serving green power trading. The indicators system contains three dimensions: market structure, market economy and market sustainability. And according to the established evaluation indicators system, a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of typical provinces is conducted, which proves the practicality and effectiveness of the evaluation indicators system.
