Abstract
In practical engineering applications, structural fracture failure is caused by slow plastic deformation due to excessive structural stress under large static load. The accurate monitoring and early warning of the structural damage can effectively ensure the efficient service of the structure before the complete fracture of the structure. In this paper, an early-warning method of structural damage based on cointegration theory is proposed. The strain of key positions in structural parts is monitored under the tensile action of large loads, and the damage is judged by the change of the cointegration relationship between strains. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified, and the effective monitoring of structural damage is realized through fracture early warning.
