Abstract

Vibration isolation technology is widely used in various fields. As an active vibration control technology, magnetic levitation vibration isolation (MLVI) has the advantages of no contact, no mechanical friction, no lubrication, long service life, controllable and adjustable electromagnetic force and support parameters (stiffness, damping, etc.) with the change of control parameters. In order to improve the performance of the vibration isolation system, the control system based on tracking differentiator is proposed. Firstly, the MLVI system is described. Then, taking the developed MLVI test device as the research object, the mechanism and characteristics of the system are analyzed, the modeling of the MLVI system is discussed, and the vibration isolation control strategy based on tracking differentiator is presented. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed controller is verified through the simulation of the vibration isolation system.
