Abstract

This paper introduces the test evaluation and standardization of 5G high frequency and high speed materials. The established comprehensive test evaluation and standard system of 5G high frequency and high speed materials includes comprehensive evaluation of electromagnetic performance parameters, environmental parameters and other parameters. It establishes the relevant national standard / industry standard system framework, fills in the blank of national standard system in the field of high frequency and high speed materials, and provides technical support for the application of 5G high frequency and high speed materials standard. The resonant cavity method test device is developed, including open coaxial resonant cavity method and quasi optical resonant cavity method. The key work is to achieve the frequency range of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$800\ \text{MHz} \sim 110\ \text{GHz}$</tex> , solve the problem of low loss, wide band, high precision test, develop coaxial/waveguide transmission line method measurement device, realize the frequency range of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$100\ \text{MHz} \sim 40\ \text{GHz}$</tex> , solve the problem of high loss, high frequency sweep test.
