Abstract

An adaptive small-scale mechanical vibration damping system based on hydraulic gasket is designed in this project. Its main function is to realize the active damping of small moving machinery and the self-adaptive automatic centering of shafting machinery. The system is mainly composed of hydraulic gasket, controller, sensor and external power source. The vibration damping device is small in size, suitable for use in small power machinery, has low cost, and has better applicability than the existing system. The vibration damping platform is designed with a unique hydraulic gasket based on a small power machine, and an active and passive composite vibration damping system is constructed. It has guiding significance for the vibration roduction design of machinery.
