Abstract
With the fast consumption of resource get and serious environmental pollution during electrical power's consumption, Efficiency Power Plant (EPP) concept is brought out. Although EPP gets more and more attentions, actual EPP's establishment is on a long way. This paper discusses theory and technology related with EPP. An actual instrument is produced to apply in distribution system, the measured electrical data in field shows that EPP is effective. At last, prospect of EPP is discussed.
