Abstract

This paper analyzes the operation characteristics of a supercritical 170MW unit, develops a 50% load rejection method suitable for the unit, and puts forward control measures such as heat supply control, main steam pressure, main reheat steam temperature, boiler combustion, etc., so that the unit can maintain stable heat supply and main steam temperature and pressure during the 50% load rejection period, effectively control the soaring speed of the turbine, and make the unit operate stably under no-load conditions, and realize 50% load rejection test of the world’s first supercritical reheat double extraction high back pressure unit.
