The rural informatization refers to the widespread application and promotion of communication technology and computer technology in rural production, life and social management, and is a very important part of social informatization. Following the development of IT and advance of new socialist countryside, rural information management as the core content of rural informatization construction has the direct impact on the level of rural information service. Based on the analysis of situation and existing problem of China's rural information management, an rural information management multi-level platform based on cloud computing was provided. The theory, technology, service and deploy model and characteristic of cloud computing were discussed in detail. Combined with the characteristics of rural information data, requirement definition of this platform was analyzed. The basic concept, model of design and method of implementation of this platform was discussed in details.

Research on IT Management and Service of Small and Medium Sized Libraries Based on Cloud Computing and Virtualization Technology

At present, digital resources have become an important part of the collection resources of modern small and medium-sized libraries. As a new technology, cloud computing technology has been widely used in the field of small and medium-sized libraries, and has just begun to enter the vision of professional researchers. This paper studies the application of cloud computing and virtualization technology in IT management and service of small and medium-sized libraries. In order to better understand the application and help of cloud computing and virtualization technology in IT management and service of small and medium-sized libraries, this paper applies cloud computing and virtualization technology to it management and service in a university library, and then carries out a survey and statistics of the figure The library has developed a questionnaire to investigate the library staff and readers’ feelings about the application. The results show that under the support of cloud computing and virtualization technology, IT management and service for small and medium-sized libraries can significantly improve the management efficiency and service quality of libraries.

In recent years, the new cloud computing technology provides a new method and feeling for the construction of agricultural economic management information service platform. In order to realize the rapid acquisition of a variety of information resources and the sharing of information data, and improve the service level and service quality of agricultural information, taking the new IT resource model “cloud computing” as the starting point, computing and big data are distributed on computers all over the country. People can easily obtain applications, data and resources through mobile phones, computers and other services. Relying on cloud computing technology, the agricultural economic management information service platform can not only give full play to the township Internet and call rate with high coverage in China, but also realize unlimited capacity storage, fast and high-speed operation and fast and efficient information transmission that cannot be realized by traditional technology without pressure. Exploring Significance of SPOC: A Path to Modernization of Music Cloud Computing

INTRODUCTION: With the development of the information age and the application of cloud computing and big data technology, new changes have occurred in the field of education. Today, the form of learning is becoming more and more diversified, and cloud computing, big data and other information technologies can be more often applied in teaching and learning. The application of cloud computing to the creation and teaching of music can not only improve the interaction between teachers and students in the traditional classroom, but also cloud computing can better capture the problems of teaching in the classroom and provide adjustment suggestions through big data. OBJECTIVES: This study is to realize distance music teaching of SPOC through cloud computing, big data and other technologies. Further use of cloud computing technology is to improve the traditional music teaching classroom teaching and learning tools are not rich enough, the student perception is more single problem. At the same time, cloud computing technology is also utilized in order to explore the effect of distance music education. METHODS: Based on the management of learning theory, constructivism and communicative learning theory, this paper carries out the research on music creation and teaching through the methods of cloud computing and big data, and collects and summarizes the related literature at home and abroad, researches the development of big data and cloud computing in the field of music teaching and introduces the principle of SPOC teaching that supports students' independent learning through big data technology. RESULTS: Based on the training concept of MOOC and cloud computing, the teaching process encourages teachers and students to apply the pedagogical methods of cloud computing to improve the level of music nowadays teaching and learning at the same time, improve the overall quality of students. CONCLUSION: Music aesthetics education has diversity, SPOC learning process and cloud computing technology should be developed by developing an independent learning method. Therefore, cloud computing technology can help students learn music independently in a three-dimensional way, effectively develop the design stage of the learning process, use big data and cloud computing to better enrich the music teaching model, and implement the construction of independent knowledge. Future research can continue to develop towards empirical evidence and a large number of data experiments.

Agricultural IoT (Internet of Things) develops rapidly. Nanotechnology, biotechnology and optoelectronic technology are successfully integrated into the agricultural sensor technology. Big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology have also been successfully used in IoT. This paper carries out the research on integration of agricultural sensor technology, nanotechnology, biotechnology and optoelectronic technology and the application of big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology in agricultural IoT. The advantages and development of the integration of nanotechnology, biotechnology and optoelectronic technology with agricultural sensor technology were discussed. The application of big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology in IoT and their development trend were analysed.

In 2024, the highly anticipated 4th International Conference on Electronic Communication, Computer Science and Technology (ECCST 2024) was held in Shanghai, China during September 20th to 22nd. The conference aimed to provide a high-end platform for experts, scholars, researchers, and enterprise representatives in the fields of electronic communication and computer science and technology from all over the world to present their research results, exchange academic views, and discuss future development trends. The conference invited many famous experts and scholars from home and abroad, who together discussed the latest research progress, technical breakthroughs and application practices in the fields of electronic communication and computer science and technology. The keynote speech session was a highlight of the conference, during which keynote speakers shared their latest achievements and experiences in their respective research fields, bringing an academic feast to the participants. In addition, ECCST 2024 also set up a number of oral and poster presentation sessions. Attendees had an in-depth discussion on the topics they are interested in, exchanged ideas and shared experiences with their peers, and jointly promoted the development in the fields of electronic communication and computer science and technology. The conference proceedings, as one of the important outcomes of the conference, gathers the wisdom and insights of the participants and provides valuable academic resources for the development of related fields. It covers a wide range of research directions of electronic communication and computer science and technology, including Digital Circuits, Low Power Design and VLSI Physical Design, Signal and Information Processing, Communication Network and Systems, Computer Programming, and many other aspects. The content of the proceedings includes both research on fundamental theories and exploration of application technologies, fully demonstrating the diversity and richness of the fields. ECCST 2024 has a far-reaching impact. Firstly, it provided an international communication platform for experts and scholars in the fields of electronic communication and computer science and technology, facilitated academic exchanges and cooperation between different countries and regions, promoted the development and application of electronic communication and computer technologies in universities and enterprises, and injected new vitality into the innovation and development of related disciplines industries. Secondly, the papers included in the conference proceedings are published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series after a strict review process, and will be submitted to international famous databases, such as EI Compendex and Scopus, for indexing, which provides a strong guarantee for the promotion and dissemination of these academic achievements. Mobilizing digital museum with Chinese digital archive

Many museums have been digitalizing their collections and disseminated them to the world through the Internet. On the other hand, cloud computing and mobile communication technologies will further enhance the penetration capability of digital information, enabling mobile users surfing the wave of information world at anytime and anywhere. Nevertheless, both technologies have their own limitations, especially in handling Chinese artifacts that may hinder their applicability to the digital museums. We use the National Palace Museum (NPM) as a reference museum for the application of cloud computing and mobile communication technologies to mobilize digital museums with Chinese digital archives. A set of design guidelines specific to the NPM's services is formulated and a few prototype systems are implemented based on these guidelines: (1) Qingming Painting and Mao Gong Ding Inscription graphical exhibition and edutainment systems; (2) Mobile Digital Museum Explorer. By mobilizing, the NPM and other museums will be able to lift their world-class services to another level for the benefit of all.1

Application of Computer Technology (CT) in 5G Communication Network

With the rapid development of Internet technology and intelligent technology, the wide application of 5g mobile communication technology has greatly improved the service quality of the communication industry and brought users a more smooth, convenient and fast communication experience. However, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the future mobile communication network will face more huge user groups and more complex business scenarios, which brings challenges such as massive data transmission and ultra-low delay communication to the bearer network. In order to use the limited network resources to create a better communication experience, there is an urgent need for more efficient and flexible resource allocation strategies to achieve high load transmission in high mobility and high timeliness business scenarios and optimize the resource utilization efficiency of the network. This paper discusses the resource optimization and task unloading technology of computer cloud computing. Combined with the transmission rate algorithm of communication network, this paper tests the service path delay and resource occupation of CT applied to 5g communication network, and compares it with traditional technology. The results show that the path delay of CT is reduced by about 13% compared with traditional technology. CT realizes the cross layer resource optimization under 5g architecture and provides more running resources for services; Compared with traditional technology, CT shows a decreasing trend in the occupation of resources, because CT can effectively improve the utilization of network resources by reasonably allocating the overall network across layers, so as to release some unnecessary carrying resources.
