Abstract
Late course accelerated hyperfractionated three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for esophageal carcinoma improves the local control rate and the survival rate,also reduces radiation dose of normal tissues,still carries a poor prognosis of 5-year mortality. Further investigation is required to conclude the dose,fragmented ways and define the target contour accurately. Also,integrated treatments are major research.
