Abstract
目的 探讨羰基镍中毒的治疗措施.方法 分析2003至2007年间某有色金属公司医院收住的52例羰基镍中毒患者的临床表现、实验室检查、治疗方案等.结果 52例患者痊愈51例,好转1例.结论 急性羰基镍中毒以呼吸系统损害为主要临床表现,早期使用糖皮质激素、预防肺水肿是治疗成功的关键。
