Abstract

Immunoglobulin-E (IgE) mediates the inflammatory response in allergic rhinitis (AR). Using the Nasal Allergen Challenge (NAC) model developed initially by the AR-Clinical Investigator Collaborative (AR-CIC), we sought to assess ragweed-specific IgE (sIgE) and total IgE (tIgE) concentrations in allergic and non-allergic participants over time.
