Abstract

The ∑Ωth annual meeting of the Southeastern Division of the Association of American Geographers (SEDAAG) was held in Biloxi, Mississippi on ≤∞–≤≥ November ≤≠≠∂. Participation in the Biloxi meeting this year was robust, indicating a healthy process of scholarly exchanges, and a promising future for the organization. The meeting consisted of ≤Ω sessions, including ∞∂ regular paper sessions, four special sessions, five panel sessions, two student honors sessions, two poster sessions, and two undergraduate Gamma Theta Upsilon (GTU) sessions. The number of regular plus special paper sessions (∞∫) was lower than in the previous three years, presumably due to the peripheral location and because the Lexington and Richmond meetings were held jointly with the East Lakes and Mid-Atlantic Divisions, respectively.
