He has been associated with Replenishment-at-sea in one capacity or another for the last 11 years. Mr. Weintraub has been with the Naval Ship Systems Command, and BUSHIPS since 1952. He attended the U. S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, Conn., graduated from American University in Washington, D. C. Magna Cum Laude, and has done graduate work at George Washington University.
