Abstract

Studies on DNA repair in mammalian cells are reviewed. Some topics discussed are: repair of uv and x-irradiated parental DNA; importance of dimers and postreplication repair; role of recombinational events in postreplication repair; and analysis of DNA size by sucrose gradients. (HLW)
