Abstract

Deuteron spectra have been measured for the reactions 6,7Li(p,d) in the separation energy range Es= 0 − 50 MeV. Two groups of peaks appeared which were identified as due to pickup of 1s and 1p neutrons on the basis of the extracted spectroscopic factors and the comparison made with (p, 2p) data. The measured (1s)−1 spectral functions were found to change with the momentum transfer of the reaction.
