Abstract
In a complex digital circuit, every logic module has a probability of malfunctioning. Also every input to a logic circuit has to be treated as a random variable. To evaluate the reliability of a logic circuit, we need to calculate the probability of having the output between two prespecified levels. A method is presented by which it is possible to calculate this probability taking into consideration both the above aspects.
