Abstract

Sociologically, conflict is defined as a social process between two or more people (it could be a group) where one party tries to get rid of the other party by destroying it or making it helpless. Conflict is the most frequently occurring phenomenon because conflict has always been a part of human life that is social and political and is a driving force in social and political dynamics and change. Conflicts can have many impacts on both the perpetrators and others, becoming an advantage for the winning party, but for the losers the conflict becomes even worse if the conflict has caused a significant loss to those who are innocent. For this reason, the role of government is needed to prevent, handle and stop conflicts. Conflicts also do not just appear, but conflicts have sources that serve as a benchmark or trigger for conflicts to arise between individuals and social groups, such as conflicts that occur between villagers and the tribal children or Suku Anak Dalam in Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park, Tebo Regency, because for a long time the villagers had been interfered by the tribal children, often the villagers confiscated by the Anak Dalam Tribe, such as they were asked for cigarettes if they did not want to give them, they did not hesitate to hit especially the tribal children (Suku Anak Dalam) always carrying firearms. Because there was no decisive action, the villagers were continually disturbed by the tribal children, not only were the villagers disturbed by the tribal children, and the second factor triggering the conflict was the seizure of the land where Scaphium marcopodum grows.
