Abstract

In the sociology of education, the issue of educational has always been a focal point. Not only do views differ from scholar to scholar, but the term itself is often closely related to the spatial-time condition of the individual. Basically, the concept of equal educational opportunity has developed for a long time in such societies as Great Britain and the United States (Yang Ying 1988, 16-22).
