Abstract

The flawed engineering practice is considered the main factor that is affecting to the development quality of engineering postgraduates. Taking Foshan Base as an example, this paper has analyzed the operational pattern, practice teaching model, and internal governance system of the open-ended base as a new system for engineering practice and proposed several suggestions for the reformation of engineering postgraduates based on the construction effect.
