Abstract
Epitaxial single-crystalline GaAs-rich GaAs1−xSbx layers have been examined at room and liquid nitrogen temperatures by means of reflectivity measurements in the fundamental absorption region. The energies of observed interband transitions have been linearly correlated with the composition.
