Abstract
ABSTRACT This article is a reply to critics who contributed to a roundtable on my book, Hegel's World Revolutions. It offers a series of clarifications with a restatement of some core positions, defending historically informed interpretation, and then covering the reception of his work, his views on contemporary politics, the nature of his metaphysics, and the grounds for criticising his claims.
