Abstract
The article analyzes the relevance of the ideas of Academician Igor Petrovich Ivanov in modern education. Understanding of the need to use the method of collective creative affairs in the training of specialists in the conditions of team activities emphasized. The substantiation of the basic methodological foundation of the study based on the features of the federal state educational standards, consideration of the problems of the quality of education, taking into account the specifics of the team activity of students in the chosen profession is given. The algorithm of creation and functioning of a professional team of students, its stages are described.
