Abstract

The change of energy structure brings new challenges to the operation and planning of the power system, which requires the support of refined production simulation and evaluation techniques. Firstly, a scenario set generation method based on clustering coupling is proposed to generate typical operating scenarios of the power grid. Secondly, this paper proposes a power system operating cost evaluation index, considering line power flow constraints, energy storage constraints, system reserve cost, carbon emission cost, and cost per kWh. Furthermore, the calculation method of the system operation cost under the uncertainty scenario is given. In addition, the operation mode of wind and solar load shedding participating in reserve capacity scheduling is adopted, and the validity of the model is verified by the IEEE-30 node system as an example.
