Abstract

This paper proposes a real-time dynamic load dispatch with wind power participation method, which is able to minimize the generate cost of power systems with large-scale wind power integration. Firstly, wind power is modeled using versatile probability distribution. Then, real-time dynamic economic dispatch with wind power participation model is established. Using the corrective equal incremental fuel cost of wind power and conventional power, the real-time dynamic dispatch scheme for them is obtained, which meets the economic and dynamic requirements. At last, numerical experiments on IEEE 30-bus system are employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
