Abstract

The possibility of professional and personal development is considered as a factor that positively affects the quality of working life of medical workers. At the same time, providing the healthcare system with qualified personnel also contributes to the achievement of Russia’s national development goals. To assess the protection of professional skills, the author analyzes judicial practice regarding the implementation of the right of medical workers to training and additional professional education, highlighting the main causes of labor disputes and proposing options for their resolution.
