Abstract
目的 探讨快速诊断唐氏综合征的检测方法.方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,检测唐氏患者23例、正常人33例,定量分析比较ΔCt值.结果正常组和唐氏组ΔCt值有显著性差异(p<0.001),并建立了相应的参考值范围.结论实时荧光定量PCR具有简单、快速、特异性高等优点,可用于快速诊断唐氏综合征。
