Abstract

In recent years, the large shopping center has become a major shopping and leisure venues. Facing the rapid locating demand of large shopping center, this paper built the toponym ontology on the basis of toponym concepts, and explored the representation of the spatial relationships based on previous researches, and summarized inference rules of the qualitative spatial relationships, and proposed rapid indoor locating solutions based on toponym and qualitative spatial relationships reasoning. The experiment showed that the methods proposed in this paper can provide a potential solution to this kinds of indoor location-searching issues.
