Abstract
Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ES-MS) was utilized to accurately measure the molecular weight of uniformly 15N and 13C/15N isotope labeled stromelysin catalytic domain (20 kDa), which in turn, was used to determine the degree of isotope enrichment in the protein.
