Abstract
The homeopathic therapy of hayfever requires different strategies depending on the symptomatology of the patient. The prescription of Ranunculus bulbosus is demonstrated by 3 case reports. The way to the correct remedy is based on using a new hayfever repertory considering the totality of the present characteristic symptoms. Repertorisation with the hayfever repertory is compared with standard repertories. Finally, Ranunculus bulbosus is presented as a remedy for hayfever regarding the characteristic symptoms as well as the original proving symptoms.
